  2019 AFCA DIVISION II COACHES' FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: P JoseLuis Moreno, Sr., Minot St. (N.D.),...This is a very prestigious award, and JoseLuis Moreno being a recipient, is recognition of him being among the best of the best at his position. "Jose has been one of the most important members of our team over the past three years," said head football coach Mike Aldrich. "As our punter and kicker, he has been able to change field position, score points, and make critical tackles when needed. He has been dedicated to his craft and improved each season, and although I know how good he is, it's great to see him being recognized as an All-American." Moreno finished second in the nation in punting yards (3,118) and sixth in the country in punting average (42.70). Additionally, Moreno had 22 punts inside the 20-yard line and 23 punts of 50+ yards. - Minot State Football

He made 12-15 on his field-goal attempts with a long of 46. Of his 49 kickoffs, 25 of them went for touchbacks. He punted the ball 73 times for a total of 3,118 yards, averaging 42.71 yards per punt and had a long of 74. He had 22 punts inside the 20 and 23 50+ yard punts.
